A Labyrinth is many things to many people. It has much to teach us as individuals and as a society. While it seems to be a device or pattern on first glance, when one encounters an experience with it they will notice it has but one opening. A path to follow that will meander through a series of turns leading to a center and back out again, the unicursal path.
One can follow the path on foot, construct it or even use a finger labyrinth and trace it out. In the process of moving through the twists and turns of the labyrinth, one may notice a variety of different experiences or none at all. There is truly no right or wrong way to traverse a labyrinth and that is part of the draw. We can be creative and innovative in how we move through it and what we can begin to discover is a wonderful metaphor or reflection of quite possibly how we move in life. It is a personal journey, a group introspective and a global opportunity.
Within, there are many messages and lessons for living. Accessing them is a matter of desire and willingness that every human is capable of, though each has to decide upon their readiness and level of commitment. It can be a simple idea for today or a complex idea to grow upon step by step. Walk to develop a clearer conscious path of awareness. When we are aware, the choices become plentiful and the opportunities more abundant. We were meant to have lives of abundance in joyful ways. Find yourself and your purpose in the labyrinth.

Today there is a growing consciousness for personal discovery and the labyrinth can be a vehicle for individuals, groups or communities to find more of the internal message of the possibilities each carries inside.
A walk along the paths of a labyrinth can quiet the busy mind and relax the body so that one can hear more of the messages coming from within.
